How this is calculated
- Uptime is the share of monitored time in which checks succeeded. Each check counts for the time it covers, so checking more often during an outage doesn't inflate downtime. Slow (degraded) checks count as up, as on the status grids.
- Scheduled maintenance is left out: checks during a component's maintenance window don't count against it, and the windows are listed separately.
- A component is measured from its first check. Downtime is the measured time covered by failed checks; the service figure weights each component by how long it was measured.
- The all-services figure weights each service's uptime by how long it was measured. Incidents that affect the whole page, not a named component, appear here but in no single service's report.
- Periods start and end at midnight UTC. A component without checks shows “No data”, never 100%.
